Experience alignment in yoga asana practice as it applies specifically to downward facing dog, upward facing dog, and chatturanga dandasana. Learn scaling for each pose that allows you to show up for your asana practice at 100% of what you're capable of, any day of the week, while keeping your body safe and free from injury. Whether you've practice one time or one thousand times, there is something for you to newly experience with these poses.
Outcomes:
-Student will learn the basics of alignment
-Students will experience a scaling of their Asama
practice that allows alignment to happen in modified
and up leveled expressions of each pose
-Students will walk away with the tools for activating and using their musculature in a new way
-Students will embody tools to make their practice safer on their joints, long term
