Social Media
· Instagram—I’m a big fan of Instagram. The analytics and targeting abilities on the backend are second to none. It’s an amazing platform for putting any product or service in front of very specific eyes. Posts should be happening at least every other day (preferably every day) for the next 60 days minimum (This will build strong algorithms). The key is to create quality flow to the page. Quality greatly outweighs quantity here so the quality control is a crucial. We shouldn’t post to just post or blow up the feed daily with numerous posts. When people start feeling like their feed is being crowded by an account they tend to unfollow and just check back in every now and then for new content. Stories should be happening almost every day. Highlights on the page itself are super important and awesome for quick information. We can take a look at when engagement is peaking for the followers currently but I’ve found posting around dinner or a little after during the week is best and lunch time on the weekends tends to do really well.
· TIKTOK—I’ve been doing some research into gym workout videos and highlights/inspo videos on TIKTOK. TIKTOK is a great platform because videos there have good chances of going viral for no reason at all. I posted a video and a week later it received over a million views. The web of content that Trufusion and Revolucion can produce would do extremely well on that platform.
· Youtube/Vimeo—basically the same principle platforms just vimeo prides itself in being a little bit nicer server. I did some research into equinox, lifetime, and Trufusions channels to see the type of content they were posting. They have a few cool cinematic trailers but I know we could blow all their content away and build a strong channel that people will want to click through the entire channel.
· Facebook—facebook has really tapered off especially after Instagram and tiktok took hold. It’s now a platform that’s information or text heavy rather than a quick scroll through content platform. People spend time to read and write/respond to things. This medium is better suited for story telling and blogs rather than cool photos and video highlights (not that they cant be posted here).
Strategy-Short
· I will come out tomorrow (Sunday) to shoot some video and photo content during the Soulful Sunday yoga session.
· I would like to come film some b-roll of the construction that’s happening. I have an idea to combine this for some foreshadowing content.
· I will be there Dec. 2nd for the staff kick off and plan to shoot a lot of photos and create a highlight reel of the day.
· I think we can go ahead and start pulling some information for the instructor highlights and profiles. Bill would be a great person to kickstart this.
· Would you like to do a kind of meet the owners/why we wanted to bring Trufusion/Revolucion to the Rim type of video?
· For Cyber Monday I think it would be super beneficial to run a giveaway through engagement and follows. For example, give away 1 month pass and 3 one day visits. (I have more details on how to run this if you’d like to proceed with it).
Strategy-Mid/Long
Rooftop drone reveal teaser video (mentioned this during our last visit)
Transition apparel promo video (mentioned this during our last visit)
I’d like to create a highlight reel for each of the classes (I can’t get the videos to load on the corporate site) might be worth having reels of the actual workout rooms instead of using corporate videos?
· Trainer profiles and stories
· Stock photos for our insta stories/campaigns ect (How much does corporate provide?) Photos of different workouts, the equipment, the rooms, close ups of individuals training ect.
· Timelapses of installs (Anytime big installs are coming in or equipment it might be cool to show a timelapse of them unloading and setting up
· First person pass through (enters, workouts, grabs food, gf walks up with dog) showcase all of the features.
· Member shoutouts—featuring a member either with a little one minute highlight reel or cool photos of them working out and telling a little bio about them. For ex: here’s Karen. Karen is a 43 year old mother of two. She works as an EMT fav workout is HITT and fav meals are blank and blank. Showing everyday people of different backgrounds and ethnicities is a strong way to touch niches in a community. Especially if we can combine cinema and that wow factor to an “everyday” persons.
· “Bringing the Tribe home”—a video about how workouts at trufusion transcribe to life outside of the gym. Using myself as an example, transitioning back and forth between HITT workouts and tracking animals in the wild running through rivers climbing rocks carrying photo gear ect. “Functional fitness” concept. Other examples, meditation keeping a high stress job in check, busy mom, business owners ect
· I know Kevin Alejandro (actor known for his role in Netflix Lucifer). He a proud San Antonian and I’m sure we could get home to come do a workout and most likely sign up at the gym. Prides himself on staying fit.
· I have worked with Eva Longoria and know how to get ahold of her. I could reach out to see if she’d like to come visit the gym and help promote to the Latino community.
· Cheryl Ladd loves her dogs (one just recently passed) but it might be cool to grab some photos of her hanging outside of Revolucion with her doodle.

Web
· Own personal landing page—I think having your personal landing page is great idea. Not only will it allow us to customize anything we’d like to depict, but it will also allow us to see conversions and click through from any campaigns (big or small) we’d like to launch. I’m not sure on what the analytics look like for the corporate page or the extent of information that they deliver? But I can create a landing page that links directly to the corporate side and view analytics from there and see push through rates onto the corporate site.
