Try your best to dedicate a whole exercise day to this fit test. Perform no other workouts so all of your energy can be focused on maxing out the movements.
**** Be sure to stick to either the full movement or the adjusted movement for your scores. You will see in the video that the participants will note the full and adjusted movements sometimes if they can no longer perform their full movement. For best data tracking results stick to either or for at least 8 weeks. For example: If you want to track full push-ups for your journey do not record or perform the adjusted movement knees down push-up.
