Sound Bath Meditation

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you will be bathed in sound waves. These waves are produced by singing bowls creating soothing, overlapping vibrations. This experience is for all levels and will help to calm your mind and body, reduce stress and anxiety, increase focus and clarity, decrease tension and fatigue, improve sleep and elevate feeling of well being.

Arm Balances

This arm balancing technique workshop will allow you to work on your arm balances. Breaking down the anatomy of each posture, build the strength and structure in your body parts and safely get you into poses. You will build strength and a deeper understanding of technique. This workshop is open to all levels.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is the practice of asanas, each held for longer than in conventional yoga as exercise classes, often with the support of props such as folded blankets, to relax the body, reduce stress, and often to prepare for pranayama.
